Frequently Asked Questions

Creatives

Why should creatives join Oneline?

Because we know you want to help (admit it, you do). As designers and communicators, what better way is there for us to change the world? By doing what we do best, of course. So sharpen your creative chops and get those helpful ideas going. The more works and ideas you share, the more possibilities there are of you to make a difference. The best intentions are magnified a thousand-fold when communicated with thought and purpose (and a creative flair wouldn’t hurt).

How much does it cost to join Oneline?

Oneline is a free service to organizations and creatives.

What kind of stuff can we upload on Oneline?

You may upload all kinds of materials, such as photos, videos, graphics, documents (word documents), web templates, fonts or audio files (music, etc).

I want to retain some rights on my work, how do I do that?

You may assign your work with a Creative Commons license. This makes it easier for everyone to understand how you, as the creator, would like your work to be used. You may learn more about the Creative Commons license here.

Can anyone download my work?

Only organizations registered on Oneline can download your work, subject to the Creative Commons license you assign. Fellow creatives can view your work and offer feedback.

Can I offer my work specifically for a certain organization?

Yes you may, by sending them a message through their contact details posted on their profile page. And also by responding to the creative briefs these organizations post.

What is seen on my profile page?

Your personal information—Name, Location, Contact Information and your works.

Can I add other creatives as friends?

Although you may not add your fellow creatives as friends similar to a social networking site, it is encouraged that you collaborate with other creatives on projects. Why not meet offline? It’s still the best way to get to know like-minded people like yourself.
